Every three years, the OMHM conducts a survey to measure tenant satisfaction concerning a variety of topics: maintenance, repairs, security, neighbourly relations, etc. The results will help to assess the progress made over the past years and to better understand current needs, which can then be addressed in improvement plans.  

The Office municipal d'habitation de Montréal (OMHM) must hold elections to fill a position on its Board of Directors. This position became vacant due to the resignation of Mr. Ahmed Drissi who had just been elected. For health reasons, he had to resign before the first Board of Directors meeting in May. New elections will be held on July 12, 2023.
