The types of housing offered by the OMHM

Subsidized housing

The rent of this type of housing is set at 25% of the household income. It is offered to households that meet all the eligibility requirements.

Affordable rent housing

The rent for this type of housing is below market rents and is determined by the size of the housing, its location and the services provided. This housing can be offered to households whose income exceeds the maximum amount set out in the eligibility requirements.

Other types of housing

The rent for this type of housing is equal to market rents. It is offered to households whose income exceeds the maximum amount set out in the eligibility requirements.
