Montreal welcomes a Mission Unitaînés building in Mercier-Est

The six-story building will offer 100 affordable housing units for people aged 65 and over:
- 15 studios
- 74 1-bedroom units
- 11 2-bedroom units
The building will be equipped with two elevators and a parking area for mobility scooters. To promote community life, residents will have access to a common room with a kitchen on the ground floor and landscaped green spaces.
