Offering Your Goods and Services

All goods and services are purchased in accordance with the OMHM's Policy on the Acquisition of Goods and Services.

Public tenders are used under this policy if the expected commitment is at least $100,000. Invitational tenders apply to amounts of from $25,000 to $100,000.

Public tenders are advertised in at least once newspaper distributed in the Montréal Metropolitan Community (CMM) or are posted on the SEAO Web site, which presents tenders from departments of government, public agencies and certain municipalities.

Tender documents can be ordered by signing up with the SEAO site or by obtaining them from the OMHM (charges apply) by calling 514-872-9480.
