Meeting Your Needs

We believe that it is essential for us to understand how our employees feel, their working atmospheres and their situations. We seek to resolve recurring problems and difficult situations.

We have established numerous forums for discussion, asking questions and explanation. Each year, our executive director invites employees to "coffee and croissant" meetings and visits the different work units. He outlines key issues, but employees generally determine the topics of discussion. Such get-togethers often give rise to brilliant ideas that we are delighted to implement. Monthly staff meeting also permit constructive discussions among co-workers.

Based on past experience, we also began conducting annual employee surveys in 2010. Action plans are rolled out based on results and with a view to continuing improvement. We are committed to maintaining a working environment that promotes the full development of all employees!
