Check Your Eligibility List Position Online

The OMHM reviews each housing application based on specific criteria and weightings defined in the By-law respecting the allocation of dwellings in low rental housing. It's not a case of first-come, first-served!

An applicant's name may be placed on the Low-Rental (HLM) Eligibility List based on the score the application receives following its review. The score determines the application's position on the waiting list. Subsequent applications with higher scores may alter this position.

Eligibility lists are updated around the 20th of each month.
