Changing Rent-Sudsidized Housing

Except for certain special situations defined by the OMHM, you cannot change units even if the new one is owned by the same landlord or located in the same building.

If you fail to comply with this agreement, the OMHM will terminate your subsidy.

If, however, you are 60 or older, you are eligible under allocation rules to a low-cost unit for retirees.
