Building a Career at the OMHM

The OMHM has some 80 executives and over 650 employees to keep our buildings running properly, organize local activities and handle administration.

In our large but very human crew, each person is encouraged to achieve his or her full potential. A little spark over gives ris to the greatest projects, which, when enriched by others, become a major factor in our growth!

We hope our employees will share their good ideas with us and we will do everything in our power to help make them happen. We periodically consult with our staff before altering our procedures and to learn what's happening in the field.
